Quick workout for burning thigh and hip fat without excess bulky muscle as requested by amazaynobsessions.tumblr.com
I know, I’ve said it many times before but to burn fat you need to run or jog or whatever, this tones your thighs and stomach perfectly! So, here are three exercises to sculpt and tone your body.
1) Pillow Squeeze (works inner thighs): Sit on a sturdy chair with your legs at a 90 degree angle and your knees slightly apart. Place a cushion between your knees, and as you exhale squeeze your knees together as if you were to squeeze the stuffing out of it. Keep squeezing for a minute whilst breathing normally.
2) Back cycle: lie on your back with your legs at a 90degree angle and rotate as if you were riding a bike. Make sure your hips and shoulders are firmly pressed against the floor and your hands are palm down. Keep doing this for a minute, increasing each time.
3) Step ups: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart facing a step, bench or platform. Step up onto it with one leg and follow with the next, step down and repeat on the other leg, these should be repeated quickly and for about 1 minute or longer if you want.
